The entry window for the first annual NY NOW Innovation and Impact Awards is now open!
All submissions must be online. The Early Bird deadline to enter is November 3, 2023. The deadline for regular submissions is December 6, 2023.
Step 1. Create Your Account
NY NOW’s awards program is created on a third-party platform called Open Water. In order to submit for consideration, you’ll need to create an Open Water account. This is entirely separate from your Exhibitor Hub and NY NOW Online accounts, and the only time you’ll use this one is to submit for award consideration.
Once you create your account, you will be presented with the official rules page, where you will be asked to certify that you have read and understand the rules before continuing. After certifying, you can begin your nomination.

Step 2. Read the Rules
Read through and agree to the official award rules before starting your entry. These detail how to submit, the cost(s), the award categories, and more.
Step 3. Complete Your Submission
You will have the option to save information and pick up where you let off at a later time if necessary. All submissions must be in by December 6, 2023 at midnight EST.
